FEES & INSURANCE: Our hourly fees are $150 for a 50-minute session. A regular weekly appointment is required. While we don’t take all insurance, we can provide you with a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Headway is used to provide insurance billing for some insurance policies.
INSURANCE VERIFICATION: Please contact your insurance provider or create a Headway account at https://headway.co/ and upload insurance information to determine your eligibility for using your insurance with Headway.
To verify coverage with your insurance, they will need to know that the therapist uses Headway for billing, as well as the therapist’s full name, license, and NPI: Dara Fields, LPCC, California License #15344, and NPI #1013389956.

Hello! I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) who specializes in helping couples and individuals build stronger, more meaningful connections.
For couples, I utilize primarily Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners understand the emotions and patterns that keep them stuck, while creating space for trust, closeness, and healing.
For individuals, I primarily offer Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate approach that helps people explore the different aspects of themselves, enabling them to find greater balance, peace, and self-confidence. I also utilize other modalities for which I’m trained, as clinically indicated.
I truly enjoy getting to know each person and couple I meet, and believe the counseling relationship itself is an important part of the healing process. I offer a brief consultation to ensure we’re a good fit before we begin our work together.
